We review what we’ve achieved, including the launches of:
Our book, 100 Property Investment Tips
The Property Hub Magazine
Our in-person Summits
The new network of meetups

Not to mention Yellow Lettings, our own portfolios and other businesses…yes, it’s been a busy year.

We’ve got big plans for next year, and we share some of those too. And if you’ve got big plans of your own but are lacking exactly how to put them into action, next week’s episode is all about how to set (and then smash) those 2016 goals.

Resource of the week

Propcision is a browser add-on that injects extra information into Rightmove listings. As well as price history, it also pulls in projected rents, anticipated yields and flags “motivated sellers” based on price drops.

It only works for properties in London at the moment, but it looks pretty handy and we’re looking forward to it being rolled out to the rest of the country.

News this week

The UK’s most (in)famous landlords – The Wilsons – have sold their portfolio of 900 properties.

We were amused by this quote from Mr Wilson: “‘It was remarkably easy because no-one knew what they were doing. I didn’t care if I didn’t make a profit as long as I owned the properties.”
